Patient Portal for Established Patients
For those who are already established patients with our practice, our patient portal allows you to have real-time access to review current medications and upcoming appointments. You will also be able to request appointments, request refills, and message your provider. This web based patient portal is to be used for NON-URGENT issues only. The prior patient portal has been deactivated as of 2/14/2021.

2. We will EMAIL you an ACTIVATION CODE and instructions on how to set up your portal account login name and password. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail for messages regarding our practice, as you will receive this information via EMAIL The call back number would be helpful for any clarification and to cross-reference with the patient account but due to the volume of calls that we receive and detailed directions that are best relayed via email, we appreciate your understanding and patience with this process.
Once you have received the email instructions on how to set up your portal account:
Return to our website https://www.doctorboo.com, and click on the link to enter patient portal. Click on the blue Activate account button towards the bottom of the page. There is a link at the top of the next page to view a Video Tutorial on how to activate your account.
You will be prompted to fill out some basic personal information, as well as create a login name and password. Be sure to enter your CHILD'S name exactly as in your notification, including any suffixes. Please be sure you are entering your CHILD'S LAST NAME first. If any of the above information is incorrect, you will be able to make changes once your portal account has been activated.
The patient portal should be used for non-urgent messages. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Once you child is stabilized, the emergency room staff should contact us for further guidance. For other less urgent, time-sensitive questions or requests, please call our office at 610-398-9898 to leave an urgent message.
